What plan should I use to drop BF% ?

Hey guys, What meal plan would be best for me to go on to drop my BF %?

    I am
    6'
    25 years old
    male
    320 lbs
    30% or so BF.

I will be on Clen , Cytomel and Abolovar

I have a fairly active job, walk around 8 km a day just at work. Will be going to school in a week for 2 months that will have me pretty much at a stale mate.

Right now I am about 1500 Cals a day.

    TDEE+LBMX15

    320x30%=96
    320-96=224

    224x15=3360

@ 1500 cals/day you should be losing weight, particularly if you walk 8k's a day (mailman?)

How do you have your calories split up? 60/20/20?

1500 cal/day you WILL lose weight, i don't care WHAT your macros are!
    (see mickey's post above)
If you want to lose fat and maintain LBM (lean body mass) (which, you DO), you want the majority of your calories coming from protein.
again, mickey's got a pretty good macro suggestion above. (60/20/20)

I would even drop the carbs even further on non training days and up the fats. Good fats that is.
Do you know how your body does with carbs or fats?
