whats up guys! I'm new on here, been lifting for three years now. Got told I should put my diet in check first before thinking of a cycle so here i am! I never really counted macros/calories before because i always made sure to eat clean( limit processed food, no fast food, non smoker/drinker) and hit my BW in protein and I've gotten pretty good results but i really want to start maximize gains and natural test production. Help me figure out my macros?
