I drink them 4x a day (2 cups/50g of protein a serving) because of its price is unbeatable period. I just wanna make sure I'm getting my moneys worth gram for gram of protein.

    Thanks in advance

I drink about a quart (32oz, roughly 100g protein) a day. The pasteurization process not only kills harmful bacteria (it's purpose), but as far as I've been able to tell (and I've researched this quite extensively seeing as I rely on them so much), also kills the avidin which is what binds to some of the protein causing 'raw' egg protein to be less bioavailable than that of cooked.

It's funny... I guess I'm really lucky but I have NO gas problems at all as a result of all the egg whites. My big problem is carbs... of all sorts (starchy mainly though)... I'm downright fcking vile when I'm eating > 200g/day.

How much protein do you take in a day? What percentage of your daily protein intake comes from the liquid egg whites?

Its not raw, its pasturized to neautrilize advin, kill bacteria & salmonella therefore its a high quality protein source because its 100% bioavailble and its high in all 9 essentiel amino acids. So drink up

LOL Half quart in morning (with and on cereal) and the Half quart preworkout..................... The eggwhites don't give me that heavy feeling at the gym, verses a high protein meal pre, that is solid...........

Granted...............It makes the squat rack area pretty funky places for a few hours................but like I tell people at the gym.........this anit Planet Fittness!!!

Haha, I didn't know about people's drinking a quart a day either. I just started adding this to my post workout shake. I am only using 9 tablespoons (15 grams of protein) so far though. I may start adding egg whites to all of my shakes though.

Mixed with a couple of other things, I taste nothing but the almond milk and chocolate protein in my shake.

Ive been drinking 64oz (2 quarts) of liquid egg whites a day, it tastes like water... You dont need to mix it with whey, its also cheaper then whey in terms of gram for gram of protein.

Tasteless and odorless IMO. Also, the texture isn't 'slimy' like a lot of people would think. Perfect substitute for water (in shakes for instance) where more protein is desired.
