I did 60 min of speed intervals on stair master 3 times this week increasing level every session. It about killed me on Wednesday. It was hot and humid and even stinky from all the sweaty cardio addicts. But seems to be working. I pulled out my small body shorts from 2 years back and am now wearing them. Yayyyyyy!!!!!
Will have to weigh in next week sometime.

Minor little setback. Tried lifting 2.5 /5 lb free weight 4 weeks post op and could feel pulling and pain at incision so need to take a couple more weeks off.
Started ankle rehab which I thought I could avoid. May
Shoulder rehab done but strength is low (as expected).
New job has me so busy I don't even have time to get hungry.
I am eating about 1000 cal daily 40p/26c/34f split.
10 pounds to get back to a happy place. I miss my happy place.

oh yes sweetie careful of those incisions fo-sure.
i hear ya about being so busy you have no time to even acknowledge huger or food- same here my weakness is when i have down time once home after 7/8 pm and i wanna ravage the fridge lol and being too wound up buy the adrenalin of the day to just calm down an crash. usually im up till 11pm or so
anyway i make myself eat during midday.. as i carry my gallon-o-water with me every where i also have a protien bar in my designer case load bag also in my car door and my purse to remind me to eat and to eat healthy instead of what ever garbage work or class or cafe has
PS ~ 10 POUNDS..... YOU SUX LMFAO

don't worry about doing weights right now, just do the motions without it if you can. maybe do just some light stretching if possible.
I know you will be back once you heal up, your head is in it!
you will get back to that happy place and you will go out and buy new shoes! that is an order missy!

you made me smirk.
I LOVE to eat, but this loss of appetite is just recent / seems to coincide with job. I have not landed on my stilettos (feet) yet. I may eat an elephant to make up for all those missed lunches come a few weeks down the road.
Ahhhhh, the addict never needs an excuse LOL
I haven't lifted since....been a week. I did spin class last night but between the rotator cuff, the incision and the ankle, I just need to be a little more patient for proper healing. maybe this is my body's way of telling me I was OVER TRAINING.......sound familiar sweetness???? hummmmmm?????
you SUX.
I saw your log too....and nice to see you in the nutritional forum, darhling (did I spell that right??? ). You have made amazing transformation and it gets harder to lose those last 10 pounds in the spots WE want.

Weight unchanged. Ankle is not responding to therapy, yet. Shoulder is just ok.
Needing to make some changes

You have to live and enjoy life too. Not a big deal to have a bit of fun. I'm hoping your ankle and shoulder issues get better soon.
I've been all in for the last month but had a minor setback. Wednesday I had 2 teeth pulled which I will be getting implants to replace. My face is swollen and I woke up with a black eye this morning. Missed gym Wednesday and Thursday. I hope to get in today to do some light cardio and maybe do some weights tomorrow. I've been eating all soft food for last two days. Scrambled eggs, yogurt, potatoes, protein shakes, ice cream (great excuse to cheat)

I am still the cardio bunny....not much of a choice right now.
