Anyone have a good internet site for a calorie calculator. I need one that will let me change portion size and unit of measurment. I have a couple I use but they are both lacking and would like to find a better one.

I use this. Just be careful. There database has some bogus food macros....

You can customize your goals and macro split on the computer which is very nice! Use the scan feature to track food!!

I have always used the myfitnesspal app on my iPhone because I love the scan feature. After I looked at this site, I may have to switch. I need to fool around with it more, but it seems pretty good.

Calorie King on my iPhone , not a big fan of myfitnesspal...I weight all my stuff in grams or oz, and calorie kind has a straight converter for that.
