    What are your stats? weight, age, bodyfat, goal?

    Well, figure out your caloric requirements first (use an online estimator).
    Then pick a macronutrient split that suits your goals and dietary preferences. For health purposes, keep saturated fats low (below 6% of total cals is the current recommendation), and avoid all transfats.
