NOTE: I am not looking to build a diet. I am looking for different ideas of good healthy meals that I can start to incorporate as I ease up on myself somewhat from my cut. I just want to diversify my meals.
As of right now all I eat is:
Eggs
Eggwhites
Chicken
Broccoli
Rice
For the most part thats all I eat for right now.
What else I was thinking of adding in eventually is:
Steak and potato for lunch/dinner time.
I am open to all ideas. Especially easy things to eat if I am out golfing or fishing which takes long periods of times. I saw someone mentioning roast beef. Can I do like tacos with ground beef??
