    Stop stop stop stop stop stop with all these silly little posts and post up one diet for review as requested several times.

    Buy a food scale and weigh your food, you are in the UK stop varying your types of measurements, stick to grams you're only confusing yourself.

    Gotta agree with BIB...

    Weight your food..... I have moved away from using cup measures...... It makes stuff simple but you can be a bit off with ur macros if ur working with volume rather than weight....

    Get a scale... Will cost u less than a tener

    Weight is the only thing that's accurate. By measure you would have to account for how densely it's packed, the size of the product, smaller, finer cut would be heavier than larger cut, etc.
    Also, be sure you are calculating based on dry weight.

    The amount of carbs per serving is on the box. Multiply that by however many servings you are having. This thread is mind boggling...
