you definitely should not clean bulk. You have had great progress indeed. you should shed some more bf but not much, which means drastic initial approach could be beneficial.
Hit the cardio for 1 hour a day 6xweek, set protein 1.25 per lb = 231 gr in your case, fats 50 gr no more, moderate carbs (200 gr is good) that`s around 2200. Do this for straight 3 weeks and you`d not recognize yourself. Then start adding 50 gr of complex carbs every 2-3 weeks. Your insulin sensitivity will be improved and thereby calorie partitioning.

What about lifting?I usually do 30 min in the am on empty stomach and lift about an hour in the pm

    52g fat
    172g carb
    217g pro

Will i still burn fat with these macros?
    When should i start bulking?
And can i take creatine while im cutting?

If your TDEE is around 2400-500 than yes.

You can take creatine during cut.

Save yourself the hassle and do your cardio in the evening after your workout

No but if you were expecting extra fat loss due to running on an empty stomach its not worth it. Anything is better than nothing, also you ever do HIT for cardio? Instead of just running?

Skipbthe adding slowly carbs in part, and go directly to your re-evaluated mnts. With cals that low u dont want to prolong the deficit and supposedly loose muscle

Yes, IMO you should jump back to maintenance. But remember, your TDEE would be altered as you would have lost some weight (depends on you what kind of weight).
I know big caloric deficit are not good but sometimes could be useful tool. My rationale is when an individual wants to gain muscle tissue but have just a tad more body fat than necessary, 2-3 weeks of all out dieting and cardio might work wonders. Those initial weeks are the ones that work the most in terms of seeing your body shedding fat.
In your particular case, you do not hold that much fat but is yet high enough not to start bulking after all.

Going back to maintenance will offset any possible metabolic adaptation leaving you with right circumstances to re-assess where you are and where you`d like to be at.
