    I'm not as good as some of the others but is say right around 15% give or take.

    Who said 15-16, no way. I see 12 and maybe 11%. Not much more for those abs to come out real good. a loss of 2% would really show them off and get you tighter on your chest.

    13-14%

    I think we are in a pretty close fatness at the moment. 14% is where I put myself.

    my diets not consistent and i know im not eating enough.
    my muscles seem less full lately

    You're upper body looks around 14% IMO. But without seeing you're legs it makes it much harder to judge.

    post the wheels homie either way I think were all agreed 12-13ish or in the area......
