1.5g/lb of LBM (not total bodyweight) is plenty. With that said, what is your bodyfat percentage? Also, how tall are you?

i agree with the preious post...well, you can never count up exactly...most importantly it should not be lower than 1.5g/lb...as well as it must not be exceeded because you can have problems with your kidneys

I agree, if you eat anymore it will just be used as expensive glucose. Whatever your body does'nt use will just be turn into glucose, just do yourself a favour and save some money, get your glucose from carbs.

I use 1g per lb LBM. It's only high end athletes that need the higher amount, dudes who are training 2 to 3 times per day ect.

I moved from 1.75 to 1.5. no one really needs 2 per lbm. Much easier to get it through food instead of shakes, and plenty of results.

Well in generall IMO the higher your overall cals the lower the protein intake... The lower your calorie intake the higher the protein...

Falling between the 1-1.5g/lb of LBM range.....
