Help with the food whie in another country "MRE's"

I was wanting help with being able to eat right while Ocouns,
i can have mail shipped and i gess my ? would be could i get all the proteen, good carbs i need to prep for a cycle with the powders and shakes that are on the market now ?
I am still tring to learn how u count the grams in the food stuff like that .
They do cook white meat chicken and fish some times but im sure there is some way that i can do it while am in this God forsaken Land I will just need some guidence u guys....
I have been hovering for a while now and my typeing has keept me from getting in on these great theads .... So any way guys and ladies any and all help will get me that much closer..

youd need to first gige us your tdee. What breakdiwn you want for your macros i.e

2500Calories a day.

40/40/20 Breakdown.

Whether you.are +ing or -ing in ur daily maintenance level.

How many meals u ARE eating and what grams but more importantly calories of each value of;

protein/carbs/fat (breakdown) each meal.

When youve done that you can pretty much add the rest up. Shakes are NOT SUITABLE as a sustitute. In any curcumstance. And youd be surprised if u just do a big cook n get sum cheap tupperware its easy to do.

If your quick take a look in whate are you eating right now. Ive not long posted a breakdown of a pretty basic meal.

But simply. Just eat enough of the good stuff. Cuz youll more likely not. ;-)
