    High Protein, High Sat. Fat?

    Read an interesting article in Flex magazine this morning. A nutritionist was recommending a high protein/high saturated fat/low carb approach to weight loss and to build lean mass. Green vegetable type carbs were ok but no/minimal starchy ones like bread or potatos or rice. Similiar though not exactly the same as the Atkins diet. Anyone trying this and if yes what kind of results are you getting?

    lol. It certainly seems to contradict itself a lot. On the other hand so do a lot of the other mag's... It is very confusing. So much easier, in many ways, 20 years ago.
