Is my body weight x 18-20 enough for a bulk?
I used to lose weight on 3000 calories. Anyway so I am weighing in between 150-160 lbs right now. So I have started bulking on 3000 cals. Which is about right if I am to bulk at my body weight x18-20. But it seems as though I am still losing weight on 3k calories. My strength is up a bit but I'm only on week 2 so it's still a bit too soon to tell.

to be more accurate, I would suggest your lean body mass x 15 + 500 cals at a minimum

Just slowly add calories..... 100 cals every two weeks until you begin to see a pattern of about 2 lbs weight gain per month max....
