Hey guys I'm back again I started slacking the last month when I got down on being to fat for my gear but I locked it in the safe and hoping to just do a test only cycle for my first then a test /dbol cycle after my whole goal is cutting my bf and finally getting some definition because I have absolutely none ..here r my stats and diet work out ....today I kind of took it easy didn't wanna kill my self because I plan on 31 days of of lifting / cardio, cardio everyday and liftin 6 days a week
I started my supplements and working out on and off last month and weighed 218ish and today I'm

Day 1
15 min elliptical
3 sets of incline flys 12 reps
3 sets of incline press 12 reps
2 sets decline flys 12 reps
3x straight bench flys 12 reps
2 sets of dips
Then got called into work which prevented me from doing anything elsenever bringing my phone in again
Like I said gears put away because u jerks won't let me do it lol jk and I don't care if it takes years to pick it up but I want to grow naturally as long as I can well not grow but finally establish some muscle definition mainly in my chest
Diet for today
Post work out
White rice
Black beans
Chicken
A little bit of salsa and sour cream
Meal 2
Small portion of smoked salmon (snack)
Meal 3
White rice
8oz chicken breast
Meal 4
Peanut butter toast
Keep in mind I work shift work and can only eat during certain times otherwise I'm sleeping or in the gym ...shooting for about 7 hours of sleep a night/day
