I do the 1.5 x body weight for protein so I eat about 240-250g a day. and about 300g carb sometimes less. and anywhere between 50-70g fat
how much of each Gould I be consuming on rest days??

oh and I'm 21. trying to put on weight with as little fat as possible (who isn't). and I've been trying to watch my sodium Intake too. cause I feel like I could lose a little water weight :/.
