I make two portions of my evening meal the night before, keep it in a plastic container, warm it up in the microwave at work. Some times I take eggs, make a microwave omelette.
Chicken, chicken strips, chicken salad and then some more chicken with that tuna. ...crazy mike
I work alot of hours in the oilfields, usually out in the middle of nowhere, but luckily have an ice chest and microwave usually. So I usually cook and prepare in bulk. Everything from salads, grilled meats, greek yogurt, tuna, rice, sandwhiches, protein shakes, etc. It's taken alot of work and planning to get used to, but it is sooooo much better than eating truckstop burritos & McDonald's/Subway everyday. You save a TON of money this way, and stay lean and healthy.
I usually bring a big tupperware full of spinach and other greens, then load it with rice/sweet potato, chicken, tuna or salmon, whatever protein I want to be eating really. Put in some nuts, some ground flax, whatever really... I'm talking a big tupperware the size of a frisbee! The ladies at work nick named it the sumo salad, I guess it was appropriate hah. Worked for me because I am far to lazy to prepare a bunch of individual things, so I throw it all in one container.
Swiss cheese wrapped in deli sliced turkey, apple, small cup almonds.
Lol. Same here. One thing I do is make a burrito with chicken sliced in strips and cheese. I wrap it up and when I get hungery between breakfast and lunch I'll just put it in a napkin in my pocket. And munch everytime I get a minute. I do get a lunch break but going from 8 am till lunch when it can be anytime from 12-2 I get hungry as f**. LolOriginally Posted by crazy mike

Working from home makes eating much easier. I could never warm up cold chicken
