    2 questions

    1- Is important to drink water during workout and how much ?
    2- I know that after lifting i should take simple carb so, after lift doing cardio firstly then take simple carb or take simple carb then doing cardio ?

    1 - yes. There's no set amount or right answer as to 'how much'. Just drink water throughout and you'll be fine. For comparison sake, I drink roughly 64oz during my workout/cardio combined session.

    2 - there is no rule that says you 'should' take simple carbs PWO. In fact, there are plenty of studies and real world experiences that would suggest it's *not* ideal. Complex carbs pwo are perfectly acceptable.

    To answer your question - do your workout, do cardio, then have your PWO meal (regardless if it contains simple or complex carbs). You'll be fine.
