Please help on cutting cycle
Guys am currently standing at 90kgs, am 183cms and 10-11% bf.
How much calories should i consume on a cutting diet??
I workout 5days a week (weightlifting) and do cardio 5-6 days a week on empty stomach.

Am currently on a carbcycling diet.
Zero carbs/zero carbs/150g carbs/300g carbs then repeat.
Am having Almost 1800-2000 calories/day.
I wana go down to 6% bf.
My cycle will be 8 weeks of propionate(100mg eod)
And 6 weeks of winstrol. Gh 4iu ed for 8weeks.
What shld i tweak for my cycle
