    DIET PLAN- please take a second to look.

    starting monday/ had this planned for about six months or so. 22 yrs old.. one and done( for a while or long time) but have been working hard an feel ready an this is th eperfect time. any advise would be appreciated thanks!



    8:00am
    3whole eggs 7 whites
    cup of aotmeal
    banna-or some fruit(AVACODO)
    fat free or 1% millk
    water

    10:00am
    little tna, protien drink,
    turkey sandwhich
    w/ spinach or some kind of veggies

    12:00
    some kind of meat- chicken, hamburg
    cup of veggies
    FF milk or water


    2:00
    some kind of meat- chicken ,hamburg, turkey
    veggies
    apple / banana/ orange(some kind of fruit)
    water

    4:00pm
    meat, turkey sandhich2x, tuna, fish ,chicken
    fruit
    veggies/spinach




    6pm
    could be anything, some meat tuna , chicken,(.any good source of protein))
    veggies
    water

    8:00pm
    about 1cup of fat free cottage cheese, slice of wheat with natural penutbutter


    10pm- protien drink whey, slow absorption

    all drinks consist of: water- green tea(nothing added to it), and once in a while maybe once a day a glass FF milk

    suppliment. glutamine; fish oils, multi vitamins(one a day) protein powder, for night(slow observing) an will probly get some creatine maybe


    diet will change up once ahwile but always same consep of the foods.
    Advise, opinions or thoughts, anything and everything is good.

    5'7 150lbs.have 3-4 yrs natural. in my opinion i have a good base an ready to do my first cyle. hopinh to start monday. an start seeing results around june ( my birthday ) have a 10 week cycle but might bump to a 12 or 14 week cycle.. pct clomid -nolvedex

    We cannot possibly critique your diet because you have forgotten to mention something very crucial: what is your goal?

    As for now, you should be saving your Whey and/or Creatine for PWO, as opposed to taking them at 10.00pm

    I doubt you will get any recommendation with your cycle in view of your age.

    What are the cals and macros for that diet plan?

    around 3,000cals macros. i dont keep exact track. but regardless of age. can any oone just give an opinion of hte diet plan... may be a little young but ive been seroius in lifting for three yrs. and just want this one cycle, done m research an am pretty aknowledavle of what im doing with THIS cycle. (test cyp 500mg 1o weks) may bump to 12 or 14

    yesss. and to be honest ive talked to a doctor a about a month ago.... told him iv been thinking about doing ONE cycle of test, he pretty much smiled an said go for it , just be carefull an do it right . i asked if i do it right will everything go back to normal after a few month when im off he said i should be fine. ive done a lot of reading on a test only cycle an feel confident i can get good gains an be satisfied.
    macros i woul;d say 40/40/20 . diet is going to consits of low carbs.. trying to get a clean bulk. will have carbs early nne day morning before workout but towads the night willprobly cut them out.

    Why cut carbs on a bulk? They are what help you grow?

    Work out those macro's and let's see them.

    lol ive been putting in the work, and eating to the petite. just every post ive posted no one will just give a straight answer.. thts all im asking, sorry just nervouse, excited an anxious. i know im ready an ive heard an seen a lot of people jump into a cycle an there plan traing and diet didnt seem close to mine, just lookin for opinion how to make my meal better or other ideas of good foods/ meals i could make.

    goal is to gain maybe 15-20 if possible. "lean bulk" and i didnt mean to say im tALKIMG my sups. will be mostly taken in morning, an at night ill probly do 2 fish oils in the am an two in the pm an d slow obsortion protien bfor bed
