    Eating enough protein.

I would like to know how I can eat enough protein, I am 202Lb so in theory should be looking to take on-board about 300g per day!
The trouble is I just cant get near this total, I am not a good eater and the amount of food required is just too much, if I force it then I feel sick and too full to be productive.
I have always been the type of person that eats when I feel like it and can go a couple of days without eating anything at all, I know this is not healthy but it has always worked for me.
I have shakes to top up protein levels and do try to force myself with the food but the closest I have got to 300g in a day is only about halfway so what is the answer?
Any help would be great as I do want to make changes but just finding eating this much food a struggle.

    Cheers.

    300g per day!
Hey welcome to the site, but sorry to say thats false. Unless you are 202lbs of muscle, you dont need 300grams of protein per day.
    Whats your bf%?

Oh ok thought the rate was about 1.5g per Lb but it's full of untruths and hear say I Suppose!
Not sure about bf% I was up at 26% util about a year ago but I was 225Lb back then, trying to get bf down once I can see the abs clearly I will get it checked unless it vital to know now, I am wandering along trying to figure it all out! so much information and not all true as I have found out!

Eating protein at 1.5g is a good start, but it goes off your LBM (lean body mass). Fat doesn't account for anything, its just added mass, it doesn't burn calories like muscles.
Find out your LBM with some simple math, and recheck your protein intake.

Definitely go more by LBM. I'm not sure that 1.5 grams per pound of LBM isn't too much either. I find when I eat that much protein I don't digest it well. Example: at 170#, and about 15% BF, I need a minimum of 145g per day. I'm taking in 200-225 per day, mostly to meet my calorie needs and that's more than plenty.

this. I'm about 200lbs of lbm, so 300 grams of protein is my target.

    10ozs of tuna (2 cans) = 100grams of protein
    4 eggs = 40grams
    2 scoops of protein powder = 100grams
    10 oz beef sirloin = 88 grams

and this kicks me over my 300 grams. of course, this isn't what I eat daily, just picking shit off my macro chart to show you it's not a helluva lot of protein when you stop and look at it.
