recipe help

Im pretty basic when it comes to making my meals. I would like to expand my ability to make some good stuff. I dont want to be eating the same thing every week when im trying to build. Any one have any thing they like in particular?

Use the recipe thread, theres 1000's of different recipes in there for you to use, it's at the top of this forum. Look at LSTBRED's recipe thread, theres a few in there I'm sure you'll like, if not ask away.

Home "fried rice"(like from the Chinese restaurant). A tbsp of evoo some cooked brown rice what ever meat you have cooked and what ever veggies you have, peppers broccoli Collards carrots etc.. fry it up for a bit put some Cajun spice on it and that shit is dynamite
