my diet I wanna know if im on the right track.
Height 5'6 weight 176 bf 25%
daily calorie intake1,768

I am currently cutting

Thanks heath the milk I did use it for my whey protein and I will take out the butter and the granola

Not sure without total macros. I figured someone else would be in here by now. With cutting I usually cut out all dairy but that's me, and I also keep all my carbs close to my workouts. Figure up total macros for everything and post back but it looks like all quality food. Also not saying you have to cut out the snack bar, I just don't like them.

I agree with Heath regarding the milk. It may not cause you to lose a ton more weight but most folks' bodies don't digest it well so it will make you more bloated. Cutting it out will make you look leaner even if you don't lose any additional weight.
If you're having issues with the consistency, throw egg whites (just use the stuff in a carton as its pasteurized) in with the water and it makes it much creamier. Delicious.
