Diet Macros When On A Cycle

Can someone check this diet for me please?

I'm getting just over 3k calories, 320g carbs, 320g protein (inc protein from foods like pasta), 80g fat a day on a cycle but I'm not sure if this is sufficient.

I'm 80kg now and 5'11 in height. I'm taking magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B5 (to prevent spots) and flaxseed oil tablets also. Its all 'good food' no junk or dodgy stuff to make up calories.

I'm about to go on a bigger cycle from next week so want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. The new 4-5 week cycle will be:

    2 x 50mg Avanar tablets per day and 1 x tamoxifen tablet a day.
3 x 3ml injections per week including bold and test cyp. The third I need to double check the name as I think its actually a mix of a few substances.

    Diet: (#/#/#/# means total calories/carb/fat/protein)

    Breakfast: (537/32/20/57)
1 x toast (brown, seeded) with a scraping of butter
55g egg protein powder (optimum nutrition)
    300 ml whole milk

    Lunch: (853/121/22/41)
    150g wholewheat pasta
    120g mixed beans/lentils
    250g pasta sauce
    50g mild cheese

    Dinner: (730/120/10/40 ish)
Vegetable curry + some sort of bread - really just depends on whats made at home

    Before I sleep: (884/41/29/110)
    75g maxiraw whey isolate
    2 tbsp ground almonds
    Wheat gluten 1/4 cup
    Oats 27g
    Whole milk 400ml

    In between - 15 x Humapro tablets (5 x 3 servings) (6/0/0/85)

    Thanks!

ps I am vegetarian and please no 'you need to eat meat' posts as I don't want this post to divert from its purpose.

You must be European because of the tamox while on cycle.... wide spread practice I must say.

hardly will someone help you ! You need to give us stats, not only height.
    Age
    Weight
    BF%
    Lean body mass
    training experience
    cycle experience
WHAT YOUR DIET HAD BEEN prior to beginning the cycle?
    What`s your goal?

Yup I'm in Europe. Sure here are the stats.

    Age = 23
    Height = 5'11-6'0
Weight = 80kg now. 75kg prior to any cycle.
BF % is probably around 15% but I've not measured precisely.
'Hardcore/serious' gym training for 4 months now.
All cycles are outlined above. Never cycled before this year.
Diet prior to the cycle was the same as above minus wheat gluten, oats, 300ml milk x2 not 400ml, no lentils at lunch and no toast for breakfast.
Goal = beach body look. Thick chest and legs (not necessarily a 6 pack) and arms (not huge just a good size).
Ill check the concentrations of the roids and get back to you assp

I trained seriously with a PT for 4 months - I was doing cardio etc before then.
Anyway I just want to know how to get to my goals rather then a lecture about using/not using steroids. I'm very annoyed atm because I have taken before/after pics and I actually look worse then before and I am not happy about it at all.

How exactly is that too much protein? I'm eating over 300g protein with only about 2200-2300 cals a day while cutting. In 2 weeks when I bulk ill be eating well over 400g, likely near 500 if not more. This is at 85-87kg btw.

Chances are you'll hurt yourself from the strength gain because your tendons/ligaments aren't going to be able to handle the load....just something to think about.

    I can't really give diet advice to a vegetarian : /

It's a crazy amount, ill wager even pro's don't consume 500g protein. You will be pissing money down the drain. As ksingh says, 1.5g per lb of LBM is enough. You are going to be doing double that? Absolutely no need ever.

    Thanks for all the replies.

I get 1.5-2g x body weight of protein through food/supps and then I take HumaPro to get the BCAA's and the extra '100g'. So I think my protein intake should be ok.

My main trouble is that I look like I'm just getting fatter (esp on the stomach) rather then leaner/more muscled. My actual muscles are not growing with or without steroids. However I dont think the gear I'm using is fake because strength massively improved - I' just not seeing results on my body. Therefore I thought it must be the diet. Sure I'm getting stronger but its very demotivating not to see even a few mm change after weeks and weeks of trying...

    Can someone help me?

your diet is not in check so u cant see any results and you are using gear withought proper nutrition knowledge .but i guess you are not training right too because when u start training u get very quick and good results naturally in first 4-5 months but as u said u get fat and no muscle gain so i think u have to stop the cycle and do a light pct if you are 3-4 weeks in .hit the nutrition forum post your diet post your training and let us see what are you doing wrong and ll help you

    Too much protein.....

1.5g/lb of LBM..... And that's a max for someone cutting and below 12%BF IMO.....

Yup which is 200g protein for me which is what I get. HumaPro is for the BCAA's and 'additional 100' because I'm a vege.

    What?

Your post 1 states 320g if protein.... Is it 200 or 320? I'm confused
