Nutrition Advice for Recent Weight Loss

I am just want some advice and ideas on a good nutrition direction. I am 43 years old and I recently went from 253 down to 214 and getting ready to start a cycle. I lost this using a low carb diet and workout routine of a bodypart a day with high volum on reps. I am getting ready to start a Test E cycle and my goals are to be ripped and have a full look like I am strong as hell. Should I keep the same low carb diet or should I go to moderate carbs. I have attached some pics so I can get some sound advice. Thanks/ Oh by the way, no medical issues and blood work is fine.Click image for larger version.

First of all, congrats on your progress! You definitely look better in your after pics.

You have some loose skin in chest and lower abdominal areas, I am presuming there are a few more areas where this may be an issue. If you start a cycle and continue your low carb diet at the same time, I think you will certainly make further progress and look leaner & stronger with better definition.

Have you looked into what we call ''carb cycling''? It is a proven method of making lean gains, especially while on a AAS cycle. You basically manage your weekly CHO intake through the manipulation of your daily calories that comes from carbs. Your weekly CHO intake has to have a specific lay out that is in accordance with your training and non-training days. We have stickies about carb cycling so you should look into it.
