I am just want some advice and ideas on a good nutrition direction. I am 43 years old and I recently went from 253 down to 214 and getting ready to start a cycle. I lost this using a low carb diet and workout routine of a bodypart a day with high volum on reps. I am getting ready to start a Test E cycle and my goals are to be ripped and have a full look like I am strong as hell. Should I keep the same low carb diet or should I go to moderate carbs.
