    First all I don't post a lot on here. I do read on here everyday and look around all the time. Great info on here and I have learn ALOT from this site.

    I gain a little over the winter and been cutting for about 3 months and think I am going to take a break and eat in a couple more weeks. Going on a cruise in two weeks so I am going to eat whatever.

    This pic was taken On Friday(Yesterday)...

    From the looks of it, I'd say you're definitely no more than 14%. Maybe 10-12%, but it's hard to tell from the small image.

    Try uploading again and look for different options. Or take another pic closer to the camera.

    Thanks 405 you have helped me out a lot just by reading your stuff. I was guessing around 10% or I was hoping. But I wanted to see what everyone else thought . Truth hurts sometime lol. But I wanted to know. Thanks

    10% should make u feel good! U could be in the 9's as well.. Thereabouts..

    To get lower is a major task, at least for a fat boy like me!

    9.3% is my lowest so far, next time i will use test and maybe var and T3 to hopefully get into the 6-7's..

    With ur frame u may be able to get into the 7-8's easier than me.

    At 9% i was about 190lbs.. What is ur current weight? Wat has ur diet looked like?

    Oh and btw i just came bak from a cruise and have gained 15lbs LOL!! I will be cutting starting next monday!

    Depending how hard u have been cutting and for how long, as well as what ur current diet is (maintenance or cutting) will determine wat to do now.

    IMO if u have not gone back to maintenance that is ur next step. The cruise will screw u to an extent depending how hard u hit the hog trough on the boat..

    If i were u i would run maintenance from now until the cruise to get urself out of cutting mode and allow ur body to start transitioning back into homeostasis which will help when u start stuffing ur face with junk on the ship. At the end of a cut ur body can be eager to store fat due to hormonal and potential metabolic changes that have taken place as an adaptation to ur caloric deficit. Maintenance will help offset this.

    After the cruise come on back and re-evaluate depending where ur at composition wise. With me i need to cut some fat! I continued after the cruise totaling about 18 days of balls to the wall eating.
