    Bulking and cardio

    How many days should i do cardio during bulking to avoid store fat ?
    how many mins ?
    hiit or less ?

    If you bulking you need to be in calorie surplus, if your daily calories with cardio are above your TDEE you will gain weight.

    How much fat you'll gain depends on your diet and genetic.

    Your heart is a muscle, it needs to be worked like the rest of ya even while bulking IMO.
    I don't think you can avoid storing fat while bulking, hence why its called bulking.

    If i was to do any cardio while trying to gain weight it would be 3-4 sessions per week.... Maybe a few HIIT and a few standard interval training sessions.... Around 20 mins each

    As has already been said, cardio is not going to keep you lean while growing per se.... It may however enable your body to remain efficient at mobilising fatty acids which would pay off once cutting....

    The benefits you should be looking for from cardio while gaining weight are the health benefits

    2-3 days a week it ll keep your cardiovascular system healthy
