    Nutrition Help

I have a thread going in the steroid forum, and was directed over here to get some help... The thread is titled "Cutting Cycle Question". Please refer to it for more background.

In a nutshell, I plan to run either Test E only or Test E plus Mast E based on the advice I get on the forum.

    Here are my stats:
    39 years old
    5'-11"
    180 pounds
17-18 % body fat (estimating, I have pics up on the other thread for reference)
2 prior cycles, but none over the past 2 years.
Weight training during highschool and college, then nothing, then steady again (3 times/week) over the past 4 years.
My goal with this cycle is to get my bf percentage to sub 12% with a lean, hard look, while increasing muscle mass or at least maintaining.

    My questions are:
    1. How many grams of protein do I need to consume daily?
    2. What should my macronutrient percentages be?
    3. What should my total daily net caloric intake be?
    4. What should my Test E dosage be on a Test only cycle?
    5. What should my Test E and Mast E dosages be if I run both?

I have an app that I can track all my food intake with in grams and percentages (macronutrients). I've been using this app for the past 4 years. I don't mind not having a variety in my diet and can eat the exact same thing everyday during the cycle as needed.

Ok... TDEE with a conservative assessment (lightly active) is 2480.
At moderately active, TDEE is 2800. I'm probably somewhere in between these two...

However, with the app that I've used over the past 4 years, I know I need to eat right around 2300 calories per day to maintain my weight... at 2600 I gain weight... at 2000 I lose weight.

Well if your in between light and moderate your training isn't any good to cycle IMO the questions you asked in first post the answers are all in the stickys, all you do is search for the subject you want to know about at the top of the page and I'm sure there is a thread for it. IMO you can't cycle till you have read and got your own answers to those question. An we can't explain in one post all the info about each one of those questions and that is whY you must read on your own. Also from your stats you need to train and lose at least 3-4 % bf and get up to 190 and 15% bf this will help with the results I'm sure and less sides.
