    bulking diet opinions please

    Meal 1 8 egg whites 1 whole egg
    1cup oats 1/2 cup fresh fruit

    #2 6oz chicken 1/2 cup rice 1 cup broccoli

    #3 6oz chicken 1cup mixed veggies 1oz almonds

    #4 pre workout 6oz chicken 6oz potatoes

    #5 post workout shake 2 scoops whey 1 scoop bcaa 1 scoop creatine 1 scoop karbolic

    #6 6oz chicken 6oz potatoes

    #7 before bed 10 egg whites 1oz almonds

    Seems a little low in calories for a bulk.. Does it meet your macro/calorie requirements?

    Find your TDEE. Then start calories 500 above that. If it is not adding weight keep increasing until it does. Everyone's calorie requirements are different.
