    Hungry!!

    I'm in a cutting phase, losing weight at a steady pace, dropping calories a bit each week. This week I am do hungry like after a meal I'm still hungry and my stomach is growling. I know hunger is a part of dieting, but should I constantly be hungry? Is that a sign my cals are to low?

    Ok free carbs? Pickles....ummm I'm tired can't think of any lol I'm trying to buy psyllium fiber.. Fred Myer might have it.

    Broccoli celery cauliflower etc google free carbs the list is long. night night

    My presumption is either your calories are too low or your body is yet not used to dieting. Could be also blood sugar fluctuations to blame, that said we need to look at ur diet plan

    Meal: prework..1/3 c oatmeal, 1/2 blueberries, 1/4 almond milk. Scoop of whey

    Meal: post work...scoop of whey and 2 rice cakes

    Meal: 4oz chicken, 1/2c brown rice, 1.5 oz avacodo 1.5c spinach and some home made ranch dressing

    Meal: 6 egg whites, 4 oz sweet potato, 1tbs flax seed oil

    Meal: 1 cup non fat greek yogurt 1 tbs Adams peanut butter 5-8 strawberries

    This is my meal plan about 1500 cals

    Try to add more green veggies to your plan as motox suggested.

    They will fill you up!!!

    I should add to that eat my veggies mostly asparagus, spinach tomatos califlower broccoli and radishes

    What your stats? Why are you not holding calories until you stop losing? How much r you losing every week?

    136 carbs 133 protein and 46 fat... I don't understand your other ? Why am I holding until I'm losing?? I'm losing .7lb a week, and just under 1% bf a week.

    Drink a load of water.... It will help a little.... And as already said, eat more greens.... Broccoli soup is my favorite way to get more greens/fiber

    With the progression you state above, just keep doing what your doing,hitting ur numbers and just deal with being hungry... At the end of the day ur moving forward

    Hi. I thought you mentioned that you are dropping cal every week. So I recommend you hold your calories constant until u don't lose. Then adjust.

    And what are your stats. Height, weight, bf% and age

    Oh gotcha yea I only drop if I don't see progress. I did drop a tiny bit tho after a week only like 50 cals. Any way stats..

    116 lbs 19% bf ( maybe lower) 5'2
    Keep in mind I'm trying to lose thanks everyone for you help

    Today I'm going to really try to eat more veggies and drink more water. I know that's my weak point...
