    Some feedback on my cutting diet please

    Hi guys,

    In just about under a week I am starting a cutting cycle that will last about 10 weeks and will be followed by a test cycle. I have detailed my test cycle in another thread so will not do that here again.

    I want to point out that I have been offered to do a photo shoot for underwear (This is a very amateurish thing but still) so bulking massive amount of muscle would completely destroy my chances here.

    So, with that in mind here are my values and proposed diet.

    41
    16% bf
    173cm tall
    78kg
    TDEE 2749 kcal
    Cutting 1968 kcal

    Diet
    Breakfast
    2 Eggs 180kcal
    2 Egg whites 48kcal
    1 piece of bread 150kcal
    Vitamins
    Total 378

    Snack
    Protein shake 200kcal
    Total 200

    Lunch
    2 eggs 180kcal
    2 egg whites 48kcal
    Cheese 200kcal
    Total 428

    Snack
    4 Babybel Light 200kcal
    Total 200

    Dinner
    200g Salmon 432kcal
    cheese 100kcal
    Total 532

    Snack
    Protein bar
    Total 230kcal

    Total 1968

    Once I see a complete slowdown in how my body is shedding the fat I will introduce 140mcg Clen /ed plus 3mg Ketotifen/ed (This have worked well for me in the past)

    If my math is correct (and it worked the last time) I should hit ~10%bf after about 10 weeks at which point I will start my test cycle.

    I will post a detailed log once I get going with fancy pictures and all.

    Feedback would be much appreciated.

    If u know ur macros are right then just keep hitting them day in day out and the results will follow.....

    What are ur macros?
