    Digestive Enzymes-Protein Shake

So in my last batch of protein I had them mix in a digestive enzyme in the mix. Which by the way is 75% milk protein isolate and 25% whey Protein concentrate. Man what a difference...best thing I ever did. Seems to work even better than external digestive enzyme supplementation. Dont know if its what they use of the fact its right in with what is the primary source of digestive distress or what but it was wort every penny (and if i recall it was damn cheap).
    Anyone else do this?

Interesting, jimmy! Is this something mixed over at true nutrition?

I've been off of shakes for so long, but recently been looking at some powders so that I can make my own. I may get back on the wagon (or is it off the wagon?) , not sure...

Glad you had a good experience there!

Researching stages still, but I'll certainly update if I go that route! Thanks, Justin.

I use digestive enzymes, but as you said, 'external' - i.e. pills/capsules. Do they tell you what the blend is specifically, and quantities per serving? Also, did it change the flavor?

Yep, I'm familiar with it. I'd like to see a complex containing:

    Bromelaine
    Betaine
Chromium (some form, would like polynicotinate)
papain (I believe this is protease)

Yeah it is called "Protease Enzyme Complex"and it was like 70 cents per lb of protein.
I wont order protein without it again.

Jimmy this is something I really want to try. I buy my whey at Vitamin Shoppe and have about 30 lbs so I need to add the complex to my own whey. I found the complex at True Nutrition no problem but I am unsure how much of it to add per pound of whey....any idea on this?

    Thanks,
    FFM
