Hey guys this is what I currently have for my macros just want a look over and see where I need to change I usually cycle my carbs so I have it in sections. High carb, med carb, low carb and no carb
At the moment i'm aiming for about 2500 cal to play around with first.
So my 'Medium carb' will be:
45% Protien = 1125 Cal = 281g Pro
40% Carbs = 1000 Cal = 250g Carb
15% Fat = 375 Cal = 42g Fat
'Low carb':
60% Protien = 1500 Cal = 375 Pro
25% Carbs = 625 Cal = 156g Carbs
15% Fat = 375 Cal = 42g Fat
'No carb':
60% Protien = 1500 Cal = 375 Pro
0% Carbs = 0 Cal = 0 Carbs
20% Fat = 500 Cal = 55g Fat
Calorie restriction of around 500 cals
'High Carb'
45% Protien = 1125 Cal = 281g Pro
50% Carbs = 1250 Cal = 312g Carb
15% Fat = 375 Cal = 42g Fat
Goals are:
-Lean muscle
-Drop body fat down slowly while maintaining the muscle i have haha
Then at a body fat % i'm at and happy and can maintain easily i will start to try and put on more muscle without putting on mass amounts of body fat.
I'm 180cm tall about 175lb and anywhere from 12-15% bodyfat
