Baby food?
I saw somebody at the gym eating baby food after a workout. Does anybody else eat it, and why?

Was he sucking his thumb?
jk. Its not uncommon. Good source of protein and carbs, absorbed quickly, etc... Some folks mix it with other ingredients to make a shake.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I have seen guys consuming baby food after working out also. Taking baby food makes sense it’s a portable source of protein and carbs. Body building journals that I have read from the seventies had several body builders using baby food as a quick meal. With all our modern supplements anyone can create a nutritional composition that is superior to that of baby food.

I have never heard of that, but if it works, maybe I'll give it a shot. Just gotta figure out how to explain to my girlfriend why I am buying baby food...maybe a food drive at work...

This is very old school. How much nutrition is there in a jar of baby food in terms of cals and protein? Not a lot. Sure there are no additives and no added salt but its a really bland an expensive way of getting in a few extra nutrients.
