Need to drop bofy fat
I've had much success with Atkins in the past. My BF as of today is shown below. In my previous experience Atkins is a diuretic in it of it self and helps flush the body and eliminates drastically the water retention.
37yrs 6' feet tall
BF: 30.1
Currently running primo at 600-wk w test at 3300-wk.

Cool. Ketosis mode only works for so long. But it's a good "kick-start" diet for ridding yourself of fat. Not a healthy long term diet

Thanks Austinite some of the guys think I'm nuts for starting a cycle with such high BF.
So I had two choices stop the cycle or drop the BF the fasted way I know how.

Stay away from the T if your looking to get leaner. If not, you will raise your BF.......

From personal experience, T always tends to add BF especially if your body is on the bulkier side. Jusy FYI-Before I started HRT I weighed about 200. 5 months later Im at 233. Im training harder and added more cardio. My eating habits are pretty clean. Everyone reacts different. Not sure what your goals are, but if your looking to lean out I personally would stay away from T unless you were diagnosed with low T. You'll find alot of guys here with great knowledge. Good Luck

Seem to be stuck at 260 and 25% BF. weight is irrelevant because I have made reasonable gains. Can some suggest how I establish what my macros should be?

Thanks guys i keep debating Atkins vs Paleo.
Paleo is a little more inclusive with simple carbs. Atkins is more restrictive but allows dairy. However Atkins seems less healthy with more strain on the kidneys and heart. Please weigh in guys.

Ur LBM is around 195lbs.... Mtnce is approx 2925 cals.... I'd put u at about 2425 and as you to burn another 250 cals per day or 1750 cals per week via cardio....
Protein at 1g/lb of LBM = 200g - 800 cals (for ease)
Fat at 0.35g/lb of LBM = 68g - 612 cals
Carbs (remainder) = 253g - 1012 cals
That's all just cookie cutter numbers but they are numbers at least

Thanks baseline thats seems simple enough. Carbs seem high from my limited experience so my question will be does it matter where they come from or should The bulk of the carbs be simple carbs.

There are loads of examples of what people eat all over this section.... Have a scan....
I won't recommend food choices because it doesn't matter... So long as your 'crossing your T's & doting your I's'.... Point being 2 vege, 2 fruit, 25+g fiber per day and then it's an open field, so have fun
