How much protein for a 5'5 118 pound woman?

What kind of protein intake should a 5'5 118 pound woman in her 20's have?

Goals are to promote lean mass and reduce adipose tissue. I know next to nothing about nutrition when it comes to females....but is assume it's pretty similar to males...if not the exact same. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Count her TDEE establish her goal and try to use 40/40/20 split.

    LBM x 1.2 to 1.5 is good.

Dang...I went with 20% as her bf...which means I have to figure out a way to get her to eat 138g protein lol. She's fine with doing the workouts, but completely sucks at the diet and thinks "She's fine" because she looks better than the 300 pounder waddling around Walmart....

Appreciate the response though. I'll see what I can cook up lol.

    Yep,

Go for the 1.2 end however if she is trying to grow vs cutting..... And only set her cals about 125 over her TDEE...

100g should be plenty, especially if she isn't on AAS.
Consider that the vast majority of her LBM is going to be bone and organs, as opposed to skeletal muscle.
