    Calorie Counting Questions

    Hey guys,
i have read through a lot of the threads to see what i can do for my extra clean eating for a clean bulk.
i have my breakfast, then gym, and then the rest of the day follows

after calculating everything my 40/40/20 will be roughly 360c/360p/80f

i have also read that it's better to break foods up as (pro/carb), (pro/fat) but not (carb/fat)

i do 6 meals a day (including my post w/o shake)

    QUESTION:
would it better for me to do 60c/60p/13.3f for all 6 meals OR (120c/60p/0f x3) AND (0c/60p/26.6f x3) ?
also, Should i count the macro's in my supplements to be inclusive of those that i eat?

    thanks

Well for one, there's maybe 14 people on earth that could use that much protein. I think you need to reevaluate your breakdown. But to answer your question, it doesn't matter how many meals it takes to get your macros in, just get them in.

Drop the split, go for something like 1-1.5g protein lb/bw,.5g fat lb/bw..fill the rest of your calories with carbs.
