I recently got done dieting for a show 2 months ago and started to increase my calories again from 2500 cals. Now i am eating at around 4200 cals a day and still feeling hungry all the time. Its really weird because I get hungry after 30 mins of eating a huge meal. Im sure my body composition has changed alot but this has been happening to me every time I increase my food. Should I do some blood work or something ? Any advise is appreciated.
Current Diet:
meal 1: 140 g raw oats , 150 g eggwhites, 20 g of whey
meal 2 : 360 g cooked rice, 6 ounces chicken
meal 3: 128 g raw grits, 2 cans of small tuna,
meal 4: 360 g cooked rice, 5 ounces of ground beef
PWN: 20 g of whey , 10 g bcaa
meal 5: 140 g oats 6 ounces chicken
meal 6: 28 g peanuts, 200 g tilapia , 2 cups of brocolli
meal 7: 200 g egg whites , 2 whole eggs, 60 g oats
meal 8: 30 g casein + 28 g peanuts + 1 cup of spinach
