OK I've been doing pretty good with altering my diet, but this question pops into my head every time I go to the grocery store: What is worse, overall, for your body, buying a cake and eating it over the course of the following week, or buying a cake and eating the whole damn thing in one day?
I haven't had to worry about this (yet), but the temptation has certainly been there. I'm sure we have some people here who tend to binge...I'm proud to say the extent of my diet-cheating do far has been an occasional Snickers or 5th Avenue.
