Lesser of Two Evils?
OK I've been doing pretty good with altering my diet, but this question pops into my head every time I go to the grocery store: What is worse, overall, for your body, buying a cake and eating it over the course of the following week, or buying a cake and eating the whole damn thing in one day?
I haven't had to worry about this (yet), but the temptation has certainly been there. I'm sure we have some people here who tend to binge...I'm proud to say the extent of my diet-cheating do far has been an occasional Snickers or 5th Avenue.

Over the course of the week is better because the calories are spread out throughout the course of 160+ hours compared to eating the whole thing in 10 minutes...your body can not utilize all that fat and sugar in one sitting, so you store it as fat. Bro...buy some protein bars...they taste KILLER..just stay away from muscle milk's banana. or you will...
Stick with Designer's line, Nitrotech, EAS, ABB, Pure Protein. They taste so good it almost seems like you are c heating...

I have posed this question before using a slight twist of food...i used the "is it better to eat one piece of pizza a day for 12 days or eat the whole thing in one sitting?"
I've never been known to eat just one...so i have to stay completely away or else all of a sudden...i have an entire New York Style Pizza from Pizza Hut sitting in my stomach

i eat a whole pizza like once a week.no ill effects to the abs yet!!do it up girl!!
when i saw Lesser of Two Evils, i thought this was gonna be about the Presidential Candidates.thats' what always comes to mind when i hear that phrase.

Like PaPa Pump, I'll have to say it is better to eat it over the course of an entire week. Alot of at, calories, carbs ect in one sitting leads straight to fat deposits and as I am sure every one here will agree. It is far easier to NOT put the fat on in the first place than it is to work it off once it is already there.
