Beef jerky?
Is this a good source of protein as a snack?

If you find one with low sodium, I don't see why not. I make my own with min salt.

Of course.... Make it yourself though because typically the stuff you buy has either lots of sugar and/or sodium...

Yep I make my own dehumidifier is cheap it does get costly like 10 pounds of meat turns to like maybe 2 lol I do two batches. On is a low sodium seasame teriyaki marinaded and the other is garlic and jalepeno it's the sh$t

I know jeffs famous jerky has some low sodium options. You can definitely find <50 mgs online if you look around.
