Am 30 years old, 85kgs, 183cms a d 9%bf.
Will be doing a 10 weeks cycle of test prop,masterone and winstrol.
I am currently having 1800-2000 calories/day and am on carb cycling diet. Day1:0carbs,day2:70gs, day 3:200gs. Day4-5:0carbs, day6:70gs, day7:200+ a cheat meal.
Is it too low?? And how about when i stRt my cycle??
I do cardio 6days/week, and weightlift 5days/week.
Help is much appreciated.
