    brown bread & bagels ????

    okay so i know there are better carb sources but if your not doing a strict cut does it make any difference if you have 80g oats in the morning or 4 pieces of brown bread ????

    You cant compare oats and bread!

    But, you can make your own bread from oats and whole wheat flower.

    From a strict health standpoint, yes. For body composition purposes, the differences would be negligible.
