I think I may have this diet/exercise thing figured out for my body!

I am retired Air Force and they have one at the Health and Wellness Center, so no charge. On the other hand I guess it cost me 23+ years... lol. But I'd gladly do it again!

I cut back on my calories just after the New Year but didn't get serious until the end of March. Bought a bicycle in early Apr and have been very consistent getting my cardio in. Just takes a bit of time. I was getting a frustrated because I seemed to be stuck at 200# and couldn't get through but I just readjusted my macros and like magic started losing fat again!

I was most surprised with the addition of over 9#'s of muscle (4 of that in just 34 days!). Wished it would stay that easy! I expect even better gains (short term of course) when I start legs one week from today. Looking forward to it with mixed emotions. I used to get very nauseous from squatting and I don't suppose that will have changed. :shrug:
