Sushi is fish, and fish is good, so I'd say yes. It's just raw fish.

Petes your man for this I reckon but sushi is a good source of protein just beware it is raw that means it can contain more bacteria than cooked fish.Make sure it is fresh

Sashimi is actually a better choice if your are watching your wieght. Sushi is a slice of raw fish on top of a small bed of white rice (sometimes wrapped in seaweed). Salmon, fatty tuna and mackerel also offer a good source of EFA's. But in answer to your question, yes, seafood is a great source of protein, just watch your rice consumption.

PS There are other concerns that I'm sure could be adressed such as biological organisms entering into your body, ect,ect but being raw is enough for me!

I hit it raw. I eat it raw. Are we still talking about sushi?
I love sashimi. Everytime i go to a chinese restaurant, i order like 3-4 plates full of the stuff...all protein and healthy fats..no unwanted carbs so late in the day.

Keep in mind sushi is not necessarily made of raw fish. In fact I think most types use cooked fish or shrimp. I never had the guts to try it (because I thought it was raw fish) until 2 years ago and now I eat it often. Luckily our grocery stores here have sushi chefs all day long!
Philly rolls and playboy rolls are pretty universal and are always awesome.

Pardon my french (mes francais) but I FUCKIN LOVE SUSHI!!! NO SHIT!!! I could eat it all night and all day. I'm serious, it's nothing for me to spend $50-70 on a feast of sushi (sashimi).
