I generally have 3 bananas a day, does the carb intake from them count towards my macros?

Definitely.
NO SOURCES GIVEN
^^ lol 405. Potassium cancels out the carbs maybe?
I can't eat bananas too often anymore. Only because I can't fuking stop eating them. It's like desert for me. So once a week I'll get a few bananas. Usually they're gone by the time I get home. Zero discipline with bananas.

One a day in post workout shake for me. Delicious.
Any macro molecule you consume over the course of the day should be tallied up. If you eat a banana, you're ingesting carbohydrates; why wouldn't they count?
i cant eat them! they give me heart burn!
No. Bananas have magical macros that don't count. Everybody knows this (especially the anorexic monkey population).

Bananas don't count? That thought is one banana short of a bunch.
I still want to hear from the OP and where this idea came from...

Your good if you get the diet organic bananna from Atlantis! Zero carbs. ^^They are SPECIAL!!^^
Why did I think that? Because a while ago I posted I love bananas can I use these as a main source for carbs and I was told its a bad idea fructis isnt a good source for carbs compared to others. So then I thought well if I have 3 a day that's a fair chunk of carbs so should I maybe not count them if there not the best source. Sorry if it seemed a dumb question but that's why I asked it
Its being a poor source for carbs has nothing to do with whether or not you should include the macros from it. When someone tells you it is a poor source, they are telling you that a majority of your carbs shouldn't come from it. The fructose in fruit has a high glycemic index (GI), so you are better off getting a majority of your carbohydrates from sources with a low GI.
Ok mate cheers
Do I minus banana calories from my daily macros!
Upon waking, I blend some chocolate casein, plan yogurt, orange juice, bananas, and glutamine! Shake taste like chocolate and orange bananas lol! Very delicious!
It counts but i would NEVER cut out bananas due to that, or atleast not my one banana a day! its very good for you.
bananas in pancakes blended is good, esp if u let it ripen a bit extra. i also enjoy slicing them and mixing them in they kind of crisp up, also very tasty and preferable IMO.sometimes i use bananas and strawberries..
Hmm... bananas in a pancake mix... I may just try this for pudding today!
Why not? Bananas have a lot of carbs and sugars.
My experience buying bananas.
