Nutrition
I am 30 5'9 about 220lbs I am looking to drop some of the belly fat and build muscle any ideas on diet plan or calories/day i should try. I've been lifting 6 days a week for about 3-4 months muscles are comin out but i can't lose the gut. Any help would be much appreciated.
