Clam bake season!!
So aside from the beer and butter that usually go along with clams... how good of a protein source are they? And how to they stack up to other protein sources? I have heard they have the highest amount of protein out of any other shell fish... something like 1.5g per clam? btw were talkin little neck clams here lol

Raw clams with hot sauce ftw. As for nutritional info, I did a quick search and it was very different depending on the source. All sources consistently said they are very high in cholesterol tho. 1.5 g per clam will make me feel a little less guilty about then tho, should that be true.
