Guys,
So I am cutting down on fat. I took some time out from training for an injury, I restarted 8wks ago.
My body fat had gone from 10.9% up to 15.1% from Jan to April (measured on bod pod/ air displacement)
Since April I have come down to 11.9%.
But my abs have some loose skin and am thinking if I get leaner still it will get worse?!
What I don't get is I have never been fat ever! But if you look at someone like Lee priest he would come down from massive body fat and still be razor sharp!
Any ideas?!
