    who knows. I know my body would not take to that diet. I'd get fat very fast.

    no way in hell. i could eat 5000-7500cals per day if eating "whatever i want"..

    5000 x 5 = 25000cals

    25000/7 = 3571cals per day average not even adding in the allowed 1200 additional cals on the 2 "fasting days"..

    who is gonna lose weight on that!!!?!?? not me!
