So after trying to alter a diet I found that was to good to be true and was. I have decided to go back to an old one. Just wanted thoughts?

Meal 1
2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal

meal 2
chicken breast (I may also switch this out with a shake or other lean protein)

meal 3
chicken breast
1 cup broccoli

meal 4
post work out nutrition

meal 5
steak 9 oz
asparagus 1 cup
yams 1 cup

all that without the post workout comes to approx. cal. 1836 carb. 73.4 fat. 70 pro. 213.

any thoughts are appreciated
